Just how small the XJ was.
I mean, its only 500 cc's down on engine to the cruiser, but man are they tiny.

I miss mine :( ….. I still want to get one for a winter beater if I stay in Michigan after graduation. Those things are too much fun.

The XJ is cool and all, but... TOYOTA FTW

The XJ is shorter and narrower than a 2013 Mustang. Just throwing that out there.

I especially like that one that was built to run on the track, rather than offroad.

500 cc, but a lotta horsepower. Didn't that 4.0 only make like 170 hp?

190 at the crank, brand new! 17 years later, with a lift and mud tires.... woof. But I can park this thing in all the nooks and crannies left between idiots who can't see the yellow lines.

Mine's taller though :]

190 at its peak, vs 212 in the cruiser. Though the cruiser makes at 1000 rpm what the jeep does at its peak for torque.

Just how Fantastically perfect the XJ was

That thing would go like stink with the 3.2 V6 from the new one...

While that one is awesome, I think the solid axles means the thing is suited for off road life.

Just like a Mustang

Yup. Even the original Kia Sportage was bigger than the XJ.

Mine looks tiny compared to modern Accords/Camrys, nevermind other trucks.
